Jo Malone (EL) Gift Card Activation Guide

Add Items to Your Basket:
- Select the fragrances or bath products you wish to purchase.
- Proceed to the checkout page when you are ready.

Choose Gift Card Payment:
- During checkout, select the payment option labeled "I have a Gift card".
- Continue to the gift card redemption section.

Enter Gift Card Information:
- Provide your Gift Card Number and PIN.
- For physical gift cards, reveal the PIN by removing the foil panel on the back of the card.
- For eGift cards, locate the PIN in the PDF document or email received.

Apply the Gift Card:
- Click "APPLY" to use the available gift card balance.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, pay the remaining balance with a credit card.
