For Existing Users
Log into your TIDAL account, go to the gift card section, enter your code, and confirm to apply the balance to your current plan.

Voucher Codes
If you received a promotional voucher, go to the TIDAL redemption page, enter your code, and complete the setup. The voucher will cover your subscription until the value runs out.

Important Information
- Gift cards are valid for subscription fees only.
- Unused balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Gift cards do not expire.
