- Go to a participating Grand Optical retail store
- Choose the products or services you wish to purchase

Present your gift card:
- Show your physical gift card or printed digital e-gift card voucher at checkout
- The gift card balance will be applied to your purchase

Complete your payment:
- Use another accepted payment method if your purchase exceeds the gift card balance
- Review the final amount before completing the transaction

Use the remaining balance:
- If the purchase total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays available
- Use the remaining balance for future eligible purchases until it is fully spent
