Shop In Store:
- Visit a participating Farmfoods store and select the items you wish to purchase.
- Take your groceries to the checkout when you are ready to pay.

Present Your Gift Card:
- Show your physical Gift Card at the checkout counter.
- If using a digital card, display the E-Card or voucher on your mobile device.

Validate the Gift Card:
- Allow the cashier to scan the barcode or process the card details.
- If required, provide the code displayed on the card or digital voucher for manual entry.

Complete the Payment:
- The Gift Card balance will be applied to your purchase total.
- If the order value exceeds the available balance, pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.
