Choose a Redemption Method:
- Bhima Jewellers Gift Cards can be used both in-store and online.
- Select the redemption option that matches your purchase method.

Redeem In Store:
- Visit a participating Bhima Jewellers location and select your preferred gold, silver, or platinum jewellery.
- At the billing counter, inform the staff that you would like to pay using a Gift Card.
- Provide your Gift Card Number and PIN when requested.

Redeem Online:
- Browse the Bhima Jewellers website and add your chosen jewellery items to the shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout and continue to the payment page.
- Open the "Redeem gift cards" section and select the redemption option.

Apply the Gift Card:
- Enter your Gift Card Number and PIN in the designated fields.
- Apply the gift card balance to your order.
- If the order total exceeds the available balance, pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.
