Visit a Redtag Store:
- Go to any participating Redtag store in your region.
- Redtag gift cards are redeemed in-store and cannot be used through the online store.

Select Your Items:
- Browse the store and choose your preferred fashion, homeware, or kidswear products.
- Take your selected items to the checkout counter when you are ready to pay.

Present Your Gift Card:
- Tell the cashier that you would like to pay using a Redtag gift card.
- Present your physical gift card or display the digital e-Gift Card code on your mobile device.
- The cashier will scan the barcode or enter your unique gift card code to apply the balance.

Complete Your Purchase:
- If your gift card balance does not cover the full amount, pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
- Once the payment is confirmed, your purchase will be completed successfully.
