- Visit the Grahams Jewellers website and add your preferred items to the shopping cart.
- Review your selected products before continuing to checkout.

Apply Gift Card Online:
- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.
- In the payment section, enter your gift card number and PIN in the Gift Card or Voucher Code field.
- Use the card details from the physical card or digital copy received by email.

Complete Online Redemption:
- Click the apply option to add the gift card balance to your order.
- The gift card value will be deducted from the total amount.

Redeem In Store:
- Visit any Grahams retail store location in Australia.
- Present your physical gift card or show the e-gift card barcode on your mobile device at checkout.
