About the base game:
In Cult of the Lamb, you'll take on the role of a possessed lamb, saved from slaughter by a mysterious stranger. Unfortunately, nothing comes for free, so you must repay your life debt by building a cult centered around your ominous rescuer. To find new worshipers, you'll explore a randomly generated world and convert its inhabitants to your cause.

Of course, you're not the only cult leader in the land, so you'll fight rival fellowships and strike down false prophets. Cult of the Lamb lets you show off your strategic skills as you'll have to gather the resources required to build structures and perform dark rituals.
