- You can use your eXtra gift card online or at any physical eXtra store in Saudi Arabia.
- Start by selecting whether you want to shop in-store or through the website.

Shop and Proceed to Checkout:
- Add items to your cart on the eXtra website or select products in-store.
- Continue to the payment page when you are ready to complete your order.

Apply Gift Card Details:
- Online, choose “Pay with Loyalty Program” and enter your e-card number after selecting the relevant partner or bank.
- In-store, present your printed card or digital barcode to the cashier for scanning.

Complete Payment:
- Confirm your balance and apply it to the total order amount during checkout.
- Finish payment if any remaining balance is due.
