Sign In to Your Account:
- Open the FreshMenu website or mobile app.
- Log in using your account credentials before starting the redemption process.

Access the Gift Card Section:
- Open your account profile or account menu.
- Select the Gift Card option to manage or redeem Gift Cards.
- Choose the Redeem option to continue.

Enter Gift Card Details:
- Enter your Gift Card Number and PIN in the required fields.
- Review the information to ensure all details are entered correctly.

Complete Redemption:
- Click Redeem to apply the Gift Card balance to your FreshMenu wallet.
- The credited balance can be used for future purchases and may be spent across multiple orders until exhausted.
