Mortal Kombat (Komplete Edition) (PC) Steam Key - GLOBAL
Why you should buy: Mortal Kombat - Komplete Edition:
- You love fighting games,
- You want to experience the reboot of the iconic series,
- It features over 30 playable characters.
Mortal Kombat is one of the most iconic video game franchises. After years of fighting and finishing opponents, the series needed a fresh start to get rid of some sharp edges and return to the series roots. Consequently, Mortal Kombat - Komplete Edition (aka Mortal Kombat 9) serves as the MK Armageddon sequel and reboot.Â
The new beginning
Mortal Kombat - Komplete Edition's story begins during the final events of Mortal Kombat Armageddon. Rayden, seeing the imminent disaster, sends his younger self a warning. The god of thunder believes that it will help alternate history and avoid Shao Kahn's ultimate triumph. This way, we may once again enter the first three Mortal Kombat tournaments, visit classic stages and meet beloved fighters, including Scorpion, Sonya, Sub-Zero, Baraka, Kano, Reptile, Kenshi, Shang Tsung, Johnny Cage, and many more. However, this time, the story takes some unexpected turns that you will experience in a cinematic Story Mode. If you don't need a plot in a fighting game, you may choose Challange Tower, classic Ladder, Test Your Might, and other game modes. Each win will let you explore the Krypt hiding tons of unlockable content, such as alternate costumes and concept arts.
Back to the roots
Another classic element that makes a triumphant comeback in Mortal Kombat is fighting style. After years of exploring the Tekken territory, the series returns to the gameplay Mortal Kombat fans love the most. As a result, modern graphics meet the traditional 2D fighting field to create the ultimate Mortal Kombat experience. Of course, you will have a chance to perform iconic special and finishing moves. Each character has at least two Fatalities and a Babylity. Furthermore, six arenas let you use the environment to perform spectacular Stage Fatality.
Features:
- 31 playable fighters (including DLC characters: Rain, Skarlet, Kenshi, and Freddy Krueger),
- Cinematic story mode,
- Classic two-dimensional fighting grounds,
- The vast Krypt hiding precious unlockables,
- Dozens of spectacular finishers.
