Choose a participating location:
- Select a participating Romantik Hotels & Restaurants property and make your reservation online, by phone, or directly with the hotel.
- If you are using an experience voucher, inform the hotel during the booking process that you want to redeem a Romantik voucher.

Use your voucher during your visit:
- Enjoy your hotel stay, dining experience, or wellness service.
- At checkout, present your Romantik Gift Card, Print@Home voucher, or digital voucher with barcode or QR code.

Apply the gift card balance:
- The hotel or restaurant will verify the voucher and apply the available value to your bill.
- The used amount will be deducted from your gift card balance.

Complete your payment:
- If your bill exceeds the gift card value, pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.
- Keep your receipt and any remaining balance details for future use if applicable.
