- Redeem your gift card in person at a participating restaurant or use it for online or app orders.
- For online purchases, select the gift card option during checkout on the ordering platform or mobile app.

Use Your Gift Card:
- When dining in, present your physical gift card or digital barcode to your server before payment.
- For online or app orders, enter or select your gift card during the payment step.

Check Eligible Locations:
- Your gift card can be used at all Jack Astor’s restaurants across Canada.
- It is also accepted at participating Service Inspired Restaurants locations.

Manage Your Balance:
- Any unused balance remains available for future purchases and the card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- You can check your remaining balance at a participating restaurant or through the official balance checker.
