Redeem Online:
- Shop on the Nine West Australia website and add your preferred items to the shopping bag.
- Proceed to the checkout page.

Apply Your Gift Card:
- At the payment stage, enter your Gift Card details.
- Both physical Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be redeemed for online purchases.
- Apply the card to deduct the available balance from your order total.

Redeem In Store:
- Visit a participating Nine West Australia concept store.
- Present your physical Gift Card to the cashier during checkout.
- The available balance will be applied to your purchase.

Important Information:
- Gift Cards cannot be purchased or redeemed at MYER or David Jones concession stores, or through online marketplaces.
- Customers with a New Zealand Gift Card should contact Nine West Australia Customer Service for assistance.
