ATMOSFAR is an open-world sci-fi survival crafting and flight exploration game set on planet Tycos. Players navigate a sky-bound environment filled with floating islands to uncover the history of a collapsed colony and find humanity's final refuge.
Gameplay characteristics
The game combines aerial navigation, resource management, base construction, and survival mechanics:
- Aerial exploration: navigate floating islands, varying biomes, and dynamic weather systems like jet streams and storms.
- Aircraft flight and customization: operate agile flying vessels called Wasps, featuring distinct classes for utility, hauling cargo, or combat, each customizable with engine, hull, and equipment upgrades.
- Mobile airship base: build, expand, and pilot a customizable Cloud Cruiser that serves as a mobile home, hangar, and storage hub.
- Resource extraction and crafting: collect organic materials, extract scrap, process minerals, and craft gear, food, and fuel.
