Redeem Your Gift Card Online:
- At the payment stage, select the Redeem a Gift Card option.
- Enter your Gift Card Number and PIN exactly as provided.
- Click Apply to use the available balance toward your purchase.

Complete the Purchase:
- Ensure you are shopping on the regional Michael Hill website where the Gift Card was purchased.
- If your order total exceeds the Gift Card value, pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.
- Up to two Gift Cards may generally be used per online order.

Redeem In Store:
- Visit a participating Michael Hill store with your physical Gift Card or eGift Card.
- Present the card details or barcode to the cashier during checkout.
- The available balance will be applied to your purchase.
