Download the App and Sign In:
- Download the nextbike app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei AppGallery.
- Create a new account or log in to your existing nextbike account.

Open the Voucher Section:
- Go to the app menu and open Account or Account Settings.
- Select the Voucher or “Gutschein einlösen” option to redeem your code.

Redeem Your Gift Card:
- Enter your nextbike Gift Card voucher code in the provided field.
- Tap Redeem Voucher or Einlösen to apply the gift card to your account.

Use Your Ride Credit:
- The gift card value will be added to your nextbike account as ride credit.
- Use nextbike services as needed, with ride charges deducted from your available balance. Once the balance is used, standard local tariffs apply.
