Rainforest Café gift cards (physical or eGift) are activated at the time of purchase and ready to use immediately.

In‑Store Redemption
Present your gift card or printed eGift at any Rainforest Café (part of Landry’s, Inc.) in the U.S. The cashier will scan or enter the card number and PIN to apply the balance.

Check Your Balance
Call 1‑888‑345‑8380 to check your remaining balance. You may also check online via the Landry’s gift card portal if available.
