Choose a Redemption Method:
- Granite City Gift Cards can be redeemed in-store or through online ordering.
- Select the option that matches your preferred ordering method.

Redeem In Store:
- Bring your physical Gift Card or display the eGift Card barcode or number on your mobile device.
- Present the Gift Card to your server or cashier when you are ready to pay.
- The available balance will be applied to your bill.

Redeem Online:
- Place your order through the Granite City website or mobile app.
- Proceed to checkout and locate the Gift Card payment section.
- Enter your Gift Card number and security PIN, then apply the balance to your order.

Complete the Payment:
- If your order total exceeds the available Gift Card balance, pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.
- If using a promotional Bonus Card, enter the promotional code provided with the card during checkout.
