Prepare Your Device:

• Before starting the installation, uninstall any previous versions of Microsoft Office to prevent conflicts.
• Open the Control Panel, go to Programs and Features or Uninstall a Program, find your existing Microsoft Office version, right-click it, and select Uninstall.
• Restart your computer once the uninstallation is complete.

Configure Office Settings:

• Go to the official Office Customization Tool.
• Under Product and Release, select your system architecture. 64-bit is required for Windows 11.
• Under Products, expand the Office Suites dropdown and select the product that matches your purchase: Office LTSC Standard 2024 - Volume License or Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 - Volume License.
• Scroll down to Apps and customize which programs you want to include, for example by deselecting apps you do not need, then click Next.
• Choose your primary language, for example English (US), then click Next.
• Keep clicking Next through Installation, Update, and Upgrade settings until you reach Licensing and Activation.
• Under Licensing and Activation, select MAK and enter the key found in My Library.
• Click Next until you reach the end, then click Finish.

Export the Configuration File:

• Click the Export button in the top right corner of the page.
• Select Office Open XML Format and click OK.
• Accept the terms and conditions, keep the file name as configuration, and click Export.
• Save the file directly to your Desktop for easy access.

Download and Prepare the Office Deployment Tool:

• Go to the official Office Deployment Tool download page.
• Click Download to save the tool to your computer.
• On your Desktop, create a new folder named office2024.
• Move both downloaded files, the configuration.xml file and the Office Deployment Tool executable, into the office2024 folder.
• Right-click the Office Deployment Tool executable, select Run as administrator, accept the terms, and extract the files directly into the office2024 folder.
• Move the entire office2024 folder to the root directory of your C:\ drive, so the final location is C:\office2024.

Install and Verify Microsoft Office:

• Open the Windows Start menu, search for CMD, right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator.
• Type cd C:\office2024 and press Enter.
• Start the installation by typing setup /configure configuration.xml and pressing Enter.
• A Microsoft Office installation window will appear. Wait until the download and setup process is fully complete.
• Once the installation is complete, open any Office program, such as Microsoft Word or Excel, to verify that your purchased Office LTSC edition is installed successfully.
