Redeem a Shutterfly Gift Certificate on our website
- Sign in to your Shutterfly account.
- Navigate to My Account > My account info.
- Click the "Gift certificates/gift cards" link under the Promos/Gift Certificates/Gift Cards heading or enter the code in the designated box.
- Find the "Enter code" box under the Redeem promos/Gift Certificates/Gift Cards heading.
- Enter the 19-character code and click the orange arrow.
- Confirm the successful entry and check your current balance.

Redeem a Shutterfly gift certificate in the iOS app
- Sign in to your Shutterfly account.
- Tap the Account icon.
- Navigate to Promos and Gift Cards from the menu
- Tap the "+" sign at the top right of the screen to enter your Gift Card number.

Redeem a Shutterfly gift certificate in the Android app
- Sign in to your Shutterfly account.
- Tap the Account icon.
- Navigate to Promos and Gift Cards from the menu.
- Tap the Add Promos or Gift Cards banner to enter your Gift Card number.
