Activation & Registration
Your Swissôtel gift card is activated when purchased. To protect your balance, register it at the Swissôtel gift card portal.

Where to Redeem
Gift cards can be used at any Swissôtel property—including hotel stays, dining, spa treatments, and other services.

Redeem In-Person
Present your physical or e-gift card at the front desk, restaurant, spa, or other outlet. The staff will scan or enter the card code to apply the balance.

Balance & Currency
You can use the card across different countries: if local currency differs, the balance converts using the current exchange rate.

Lost or Stolen Cards
If registered, report lost or stolen cards via the portal to have the remaining balance frozen and transfered to a new card.
