Step 1: Access the T-Mobile Redemption Center:
- If you didn't receive or lost your Virtual Card text, go to the T-Mobile Redemption Center and open the link provided in the text you received.

Step 2: Log in to Your Account:
- Click Continue to log in. Enter your mobile number and account PIN to access your account.

Step 3: Redeem Your Virtual Card:
- Select Redeem Virtual Card. The page should automatically generate your reward code. If it doesn’t, return to the previous page and select Redeem Virtual Card again.
