In order to forcefully unite Tamriel's warring regions, Tiber Septim stormed across the continent. Even the powerful Hammerfell Redguards are now under Imperial rule. The famed Redguard mercenary Cyrus is in charge of an uprising against the Empire. At Stros M'kai, Cyrus defeats the occupying army alongside the Restless League, compelling Tiber Septim to make peace with the Redguards.
