Urban Gift Card Activation Guide

Access Your Account:
- Visit Urban.co or open the Urban mobile app.
- Sign in to your account, or create a new account if you are a first-time user.

Redeem the Gift Card:
- Open the Wallet or Promos/Gifts section from your account dashboard or app menu.
- Enter or paste your unique 16-digit gift card code.
- Confirm the code to add the credit to your account.

Book a Treatment:
- Select an eligible at-home service available in your area, such as massage, physiotherapy, or beauty treatments.
- Complete your booking through the Urban platform.

Apply the Credit:
- The £5 credit will be automatically deducted from your next eligible booking.
- Review the final amount before confirming your appointment.
