Order Shows “Completed”, but Nothing Received

Before contacting support, try:

  1. Log out of the game.

  2. Fully close the app.

  3. Reopen and log back in.

  4. Check in-game mailbox (many games deliver via mail).

  5. Confirm you are on the correct server.

  6. Confirm you are logged into the correct account (Google/Facebook/Apple binding).

If still missing, email:

  • Order number

  • UID

  • Server

  • Screenshot of in-game profile page

  • Screenshot of in-game balance
