Order Shows “Completed”, but Nothing Received
Before contacting support, try:
- Log out of the game.
- Fully close the app.
- Reopen and log back in.
- Check in-game mailbox (many games deliver via mail).
- Confirm you are on the correct server.
- Confirm you are logged into the correct account (Google/Facebook/Apple binding).
If still missing, email:

- UID
- Server
- Screenshot of in-game profile page
