Sign in to your PlayStation account:
- Turn on your PS5, PS4, or open the PlayStation App or website.
- Sign in with the PlayStation Network (PSN) account where you want to add the gift card balance.

Open the redemption section:
- On PS5 or PS4, open the PlayStation Store and select Redeem Codes from the left-side menu.
- On the website or app, open your profile or menu and choose the Redeem Code option.

Redeem your gift card code:
- Enter or scan your 12-digit PlayStation Store Gift Card code exactly as provided.
- Select Redeem or confirm the redemption to apply the code.

Use your wallet balance:
- The gift card value will be added to your PlayStation Wallet.
- Use the available wallet funds to purchase eligible games, add-ons, subscriptions, movies, and other PlayStation Store content.
