- Go to a participating Polar Bear physical store.
- Have your e-gift card details ready before making a purchase.

Select Your Items:
- Choose the products you wish to purchase.
- Proceed to the checkout counter when you are ready to pay.

Present the Gift Card:
- Inform the cashier that you would like to use a gift card before the transaction is processed.
- Provide your 16-digit e-gift card code and 6-digit PIN for validation.

Complete the Payment:
- The gift card balance will be applied to your purchase.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the available balance, pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.
