You're the boss
F1 Manager 2023 lets you take control of one of the 10 F1 teams. As a team principal, you'll take care of every aspect of the organization, including cars, staff, and strategy. If your driver loses confidence after an unsuccessful maneuver, it's up to you to use the new Driver Tactics option to give your driver vital instructions. Moreover, you have to scout F2 and F3 to find natural talents that will replace your aging stars and hire professionals capable of improving your team's results.
