Choose a Redemption Method:
- Hamleys Gift Cards can be redeemed online or in participating stores.
- Select the redemption option that matches your preferred shopping method.

Redeem Online:
- Add your selected items to the shopping basket and proceed to checkout.
- Select the Gift Card payment option during the payment step.
- Enter your 16-digit Gift Card number and PIN, then apply the balance to your order.

Redeem In Store:
- If required, complete any activation process associated with your Gift Card before visiting the store.
- Present the Gift Card barcode, voucher number, and PIN to the cashier at checkout.
- The available balance will be deducted from your purchase total.

Complete the Transaction:
- If the purchase amount exceeds the available Gift Card balance, pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.
- Keep your Gift Card details until the transaction has been successfully completed.
