About Ozymandias
Ozymandias is a 4X game that allows players to design and build the first empires of the Bronze Age. Players must build cities in strategic locations, expand their borders, and recruit troops to protect them. Each turn offers various opportunities, but players can only take one to complete the requirements and earn rewards. The game features random success conditions, personalized victory criteria, and historical maps of the global Bronze Ages. With eight hand-made maps and 52 different empires to choose from, players can climb the challenge ladder against AI-powered data or play in story campaign mode about the pioneer Gertrude Bell. In multiplayer mode, players can take turns simultaneously, playing live or asynchronously to earn treasure. Ozymandias removes the tactical busywork from 4X games, allowing players to concentrate on strategy. Army and fleet maneuvering has been abstracted into a new Power system, making the game unique yet supportive of various playing strategies.
