SealPass Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

  1. These SealPass Terms and Conditions (“SealPass Terms”) set forth the rules governing the subscription service called SealPass (the “Service”). The Service is provided by Floweo Digital Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Cyprus under number 435881, with its registered office at 36 Lordou Vyronos Avenue, Nicosia Tower Centre, 6th Floor, Office 601, 1096, Nicosia (hereinafter “we,” “us,” “our”).
  2. SealPass is offered in connection with, and incorporates by reference, the Gameseal Terms and Conditions (the “Gameseal Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency between these SealPass Terms and the Gameseal Terms, these SealPass Terms prevail solely with respect to SealPass.
  3. By subscribing to or using SealPass, you (“User,” “Subscriber,” or “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these SealPass Terms.

2. Definitions

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms have the meaning set forth in the Gameseal Terms. In addition, the following definitions apply:

  • “Service” or “SealPass”: A paid subscription granting certain benefits or perks as described on our dedicated product page at https://gameseal.com/seal-pass.
  • “Subscriber” or “User”: A natural person who purchases or uses SealPass for private, non-commercial purposes.
  • “Price”: The recurring subscription fee for SealPass, as indicated at https://gameseal.com/seal-pass/, which may include applicable taxes or fees.
  • “Billing Period”: The settlement cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or other durations) in which you are required to pay the Price for SealPass.
  • “Website”: The official website at Gameseal.com (including its subdomains).
  • “Promotional Codes”: Any discounts, coupons, or promotional offers made available through the Website, which may, at our discretion, be excluded from combining with discounts under SealPass.
  • “Deals”: time-limited promotions available exclusively to Subscribers under SealPass (including Daily Deals and Weekly Deals).
  • “Daily Deals”: a Deals category scheduled for a nominal 24-hour window (“Daily Deals Period”) during which we may publish one or more individual offers (Daily Deals cover all products available in that window).
  • “Weekly Deals”: a Deals category scheduled for a nominal seven (7) day window (“Weekly Deals Period”) during which we may publish one or more individual offers (Weekly Deals cover all products available in that window).
  • “Daily Deal”: a single offer relating to a specific Product published within Daily Deals.
  • “Weekly Deal”: a single offer relating to a specific Product published within Weekly Deals.
  • “Rotation”: a discrete, time-limited listing of a specific Product under an offer (e.g., a Daily Deal for Product X on a given date, or a Weekly Deal for Product Y in a given week). Each new listing of a Product under an offer constitutes a new Rotation, even if the Product appeared in a prior Rotation.
  • “Server Time / Site Timer”: the time reference shown on the Website (including any countdowns or timestamps). Countdowns/timers displayed on the Website are decisive for determining the start and end of Deals Periods and Rotations, regardless of a user’s time zone.

For clarity, “Product” means the item shown on the offer card or listing (typically a unique combination of Product ID/SKU, platform, edition, and region).

3. Scope of the Service

  1. SealPass Benefits
    • (a) Details regarding available benefits, discounts, or other advantages under SealPass are outlined at https://gameseal.com/seal-pass/ and may include dedicated discounts, freebies, subscriber-only offers, or priority access to pre-orders.
    • (b) Certain benefits may not be available in every settlement cycle or month, and their availability may vary at our discretion. This does not entitle you to a refund or compensation unless otherwise required by law.
  2. Personal Use Only
    • (a) SealPass is intended solely for your individual, non-commercial use; you are prohibited from transferring or reselling any products, benefits, discounts, or other perks to third parties unless we explicitly authorize otherwise in writing.
  3. Duration and Nature of the Service
    • (a) The contract for the provision of the Service is concluded for an indefinite period, and the Service is continuous. The Subscriber may only hold one SealPass contract at a time per account. Payment for the Service is made in Billing Periods.
  4. Marketing Communications
    • (a) By subscribing to SealPass, you consent to receiving marketing emails from us, including news, promotions, and personalized product recommendations related to Gameseal.
    • (b) You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any of our emails or by adjusting your communication preferences in your account settings.
    • (c) Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect your access to SealPass or its core benefits.

4. Daily & Weekly Deals for Subscribers

(a) Access & Availability. Daily Deals and Weekly Deals (collectively, “Deals”) are optional SealPass benefits. Deals are offered on a first-paid, first-served basis and only for the duration and quantities indicated on the Website. Adding a Product to the cart does not reserve stock or price.

(b) Per-Rotation purchase cap at the deal price. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the offer card, each Subscriber may purchase one (1) unit of a given Product at the deal price per Rotation.

  • Additional units (beyond the promotional cap) may be available at the regular price, where indicated on the Website.
  • When the same Product appears again in a new Rotation (e.g., on another date in Daily Deals or a later week in Weekly Deals), the promotional cap resets.
  • A restock of the same Product within the same Rotation does not reset the promotional cap.

(c) Sets within Daily Deals and Weekly Deals Rotations. In a single Rotation-whether under Daily Deals or Weekly Deals-we may publish multiple Products concurrently. The one-unit cap at the deal price applies per Product within that Rotation.

(d) Timing & Timekeeping. The start and end of each Deals Period and Rotation are governed by Server Time / the Site Timer. In the event of any discrepancy, the countdowns and timestamps shown on the Website prevail. We may end an offer early (e.g., stock-out) or replace it with a new Rotation.

(e) Stacking & Priority of Benefits. Unless we expressly state otherwise on the offer card:

  • Deals do not stack with SealPass percentage discounts or other Website promotions/coupons (including Promotional Codes).
  • In cases of ambiguity or conflict, we will apply the single most favorable eligible benefit to you (at our discretion).

(f) Geographic, Technical, and Product Restrictions. Deals may be limited by territory, platform, edition, regional lock, language, or other product constraints. Where applicable, such restrictions will be indicated on the offer listing.

(g) Anti-Circumvention & Privacy. Creating or using multiple accounts or other means to bypass per-Rotation caps, reselling Products purchased under Deals, or otherwise abusing Deals is prohibited. We may enforce limits and investigate patterns using signals such as account identifiers, payment instruments, billing/delivery data, IP addresses, and device fingerprints-in accordance with our Privacy Policy (including on the basis of our legitimate interests). Where consent is required by law (e.g., for certain fingerprinting techniques), we will request it before applying such measures.

(h) Prices, No Price Protection, Lowest Price, and Obvious Error. Prices offered under Deals (both Daily Deals and Weekly Deals) are time- and inventory-limited. We do not provide price matching or retroactive credits for purchases made outside the applicable Rotation or Period. We reserve the right to correct the price in case of an obvious pricing error, subject to applicable mandatory law. Refunds are governed by Section 6 and applicable consumer laws.

(i) Operational Changes. The frequency, duration, and selection of Deals and Rotations are at our discretion and may vary over time. The absence of Deals in a given Period does not entitle you to compensation.

(j) Replacements = New Rotation. Any replacement offer published during an ongoing offer-whether under Daily Deals or Weekly Deals-constitutes a new Rotation (the promotional cap applies anew).

5. Fees, Billing, and Payment

  1. Price
    • (a) By subscribing to SealPass, you agree to pay the Price as indicated at https://gameseal.com/seal-pass/. The Price may include applicable taxes or surcharges.
    • (b) Any promotional or introductory offers (if available) will be communicated at the time of purchase.
    • (c) SealPass pricing - 1-month subscription (per Billing Period; by currency):

    • (d) The default currency is EUR. You may change the currency to any other supported currency displayed at checkout. Prices may vary due to applicable taxes, fees, exchange rates, or rounding as permitted by law and our pricing policy. Your payment provider may apply additional conversion or processing fees, which we do not control.
  2. Billing Period
    • (a) SealPass is charged in advance for each Billing Period. Your initial Billing Period starts upon successful payment confirmation.
    • (b) If your designated billing date does not occur in a particular cycle (for instance, when the billing date exceeds the number of days in a month), we may charge you on the last day of that cycle.
  3. Automatic Renewal
    • (a) You authorize us (or our payment operator) to charge your selected payment method for the SealPass Price at the start of each new Billing Period, until you cancel your subscription.
    • (b) You may cancel at any time as set out in Section 6.1 below; cancellation becomes effective at the end of the then-current Billing Period.
  4. Promotional Codes stacking
    • (a) Promotional Codes or other Website discounts generally cannot be combined with SealPass discounts unless we expressly state otherwise.
    • (b) In cases of ambiguity, we reserve the right to determine, at our discretion, whether a given Promotional Codes may be used alongside SealPass discounts.
  5. Deal stacking
    • (a) Unless expressly stated on the offer card or product page, prices offered under Deals and SealPass percentage discounts are mutually exclusive and do not stack with Promotional Codes or other Website discounts. In the event of conflict, we will apply the single most favorable eligible benefit to you. In case of any inconsistency, Section 4(e) prevails with respect to Deals.

6. Cancellation, Termination, and Refunds

  1. Cancellation by User
    • (a) You may cancel your SealPass subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us directly.
    • (b) Upon cancellation, SealPass benefits remain active until the end of your current Billing Period. No refunds (whether whole or partial) shall be provided for any unused portion of that Billing Period unless required by consumer protection laws.
  2. Suspension or Termination by Us

    (a) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate SealPass immediately if:

    • - You breach these SealPass Terms or the Gameseal Terms,
    • - There is evidence of fraudulent or unlawful activity,
    • - You fail to pay the Price,
    • - You undertake any actions that may harm our systems or other users’ interests.

    (b) Where we suspend or terminate your subscription for reasons attributable to you (e.g., breach, fraud, non-payment), no refunds (whether whole or partial) shall be due for any remaining portion of the current Billing Period, unless required by law.

  3. Refund Policy
    • (a) Subscription fees are non-refundable once a Billing Period has begun, except as mandated by law (e.g., statutory right of withdrawal).
    • (b) If such laws grant you a right to withdraw, it may expire or be limited once you use any digital aspect of SealPass (e.g., redeeming freebies or discounts), to the extent allowed by those laws.
  4. Effect of cancellation on Deals
    • (a) Cancelling SealPass (per Section 6.1) stops eligibility for new Deals after the end of your current Billing Period. A refund, cancellation, or chargeback of an order placed under an offer does not restore eligibility to purchase another unit within the same Rotation. Purchases made before your subscription expires retain their terms.

7. Changes to SealPass or These Terms

  1. Modifications
    • (a) We reserve the right to amend or discontinue any aspect of SealPass at any time. If changes significantly affect an ongoing subscription, we will notify you in advance, unless a shorter notice is permitted by law.
    • (b) Continuing to use SealPass after the effective date of such modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
  2. Right to Cancel in Case of Changes

    If you do not accept the modifications, you may cancel your subscription before they come into effect, as per Section 6.1. Otherwise, the subscription continues under the updated terms.

8. Liability and Dispute Resolution

  1. Limitation of Liability

    All limitations of liability and warranty disclaimers set forth in the Gameseal Terms apply to these SealPass Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    The law and dispute resolution provisions specified in the Gameseal Terms also apply to SealPass, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence dictate otherwise.

9. Final Provisions

  1. Severability

    If any provision of these SealPass Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent possible.

  2. Language

    These SealPass Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

  3. Entire Agreement

    These SealPass Terms, together with the Gameseal Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding SealPass. All matters not expressly addressed herein are governed by the Gameseal Terms.

  4. Precedence for Deals

    If these Deals-specific provisions conflict with the general SealPass terms, these provisions govern solely with respect to Daily Deals and Weekly Deals.
