Can I refund the Lifetime Guarantee fee?
The Lifetime Guarantee fee is non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise, for example, a statutory cooling-off period if the service has not been used.
If a request has been submitted and we have started validation or delivered a remedy, the service is considered delivered for that request.
