What should I do if I'm experiencing technical issues with my product after activation?

If you have successfully activated the product, but still experience technical issues with it, we advise you to contact the product platform/distributor.

 

Please note that we sell license keys, we do not develop or service the games or other software. Make sure you check the technical requirements before buying, as we will not be able to issue a refund for products that were activated successfully.
