Region & Account Binding Issues
Most failed top-ups are caused by:
- Wrong server selected
- UID from different region
- Account recently changed region
- Account not bound to email/social login
- VPN usage causing region conflict
Important:
Do NOT use VPN during recharge.
Ensure your login region matches your game region.
