- The redemption process depends on the type of voucher you have.

Visit Customer Service:
- Take your digital voucher code to the customer service desk at an authorized Conad Store.
- Digital voucher codes cannot be scanned directly at the checkout.

Convert the Digital Voucher:
- Ask the store staff to convert your digital voucher into a physical Conad Prepagata Gift Card.
- The new gift card will have the same value as your digital voucher.

Use Your Gift Card:
- The activated Conad Prepagata Gift Card can be used according to the applicable terms.
- The physical gift card is valid for 12 months from the activation date.
