Choose Your Recharge Method:

• Visit Congstar Recharge Options for all available recharge methods.

1. Redeem Code:

Customer Area

• Log In to Your Account.
• Access the customer area on the Congstar website.
• Follow the instructions to enter your 13-digit Code.

2. Congstar App:

Use the App

• Open the Congstar app on your iOS or Android device.
• Enter your 13-digit Code in the app.

3. Using Phone Keypad:

Dial the Code

• On your smartphone, type 101 followed by your 13-digit CashCode, then #.
• Press the green call button to submit the code.
