Forza Horizon 6 PS5 Release Date Possibly Revealed

PlayStation fans waiting for Forza Horizon 6 may finally have a date to circle on the calendar. A new report claims the PS5 version will launch on January 26, 2027, which would push it past the "later this year" window Playground Games had previously promised. Nothing is official yet, but an announcement is reportedly just days away.

The date comes from well-known insider billbil-kun, who shared the details via Dealabs. According to the report, Forza Horizon 6 will arrive on PS5 on January 26, 2027, priced at €69.99 in Europe and £59.99 in the UK, the same as on Xbox Series X|S. A physical edition is also said to be planned alongside the digital release. No details about a PS5 Premium Edition or early access have surfaced so far.

What This Means for PS5 Players

The game launched on Xbox Series X|S and PC on May 19, 2026, with Microsoft promising a PS5 version later in 2026. Wishlists went live on the PlayStation Store, but a firm date never followed, and reports of a slip into 2027 had been circulating for weeks, including claims from journalist Tom Warren. If the leak is accurate, it would confirm those reports. Dealabs says Xbox is expected to announce the date this week, with pre-orders opening shortly after. Until then, it's best to treat the date as a rumor.
