Titanfall 2 is a first-person shooter developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. It is the sequel to Titanfall and the predecessor of Apex Legends. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in October 2016.
Titanfall 2 narrative campaign immerses you in a war between the Frontier Militia and the Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation. As Jack Cooper, a rifleman from the Frontier Militia, you are connected to your own controllable titan BT-7274 following an accident. You must stop the Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation from creating a new weapon of mass destruction.
Even after the conclusion of the campaign, Titanfall 2 players still have a lot more to do. The game’s multiplayer mode offers players a chance to hone their skills against opponents from around the globe. In order to summon a Titan, players must fill up a meter by killing enemies and completing other objectives. Pilots can escape Titans by leaping out of them before they are destroyed.
Titanfall 2 introduces multiple new mechanics to the gaming scene, including double-jumping and wall-running. The game challenges players to master their pilot characters by giving them cloaking, grappling, and parkour abilities. Titanfall 2 introduces different types of Titans—each one with its own set of capabilities—and players must figure out how best to use those abilities in order to succeed.
