• Using your EE mobile, dial 150.

Follow Voice Instructions:

• Follow the voice instructions to complete the top-up.

Confirmation Text:

• You will receive a text message as soon as your call credit has been topped up.

2. Top Up by Text:

Compose a Text Message

• Open your messaging app and compose a new text message.

Enter the Code:

• Send a text to 150 with the following format: VO [your 16-digit voucher code].
• Example: VO 1234567891234567 (without spaces in the voucher code).

3. Top Up from Abroad:

Dial from EE Phone

• Call 360 from your EE phone.
• Alternatively, call +44 7953 966 250 from any other phone.
