Choose Where to Redeem:
- Your Emax Gift Card can be used either online or in physical stores, depending on the card type.
- Start by selecting whether you want to shop on the Emax website or at a retail location.

Shop as Usual:
- Add your preferred products to the cart on the Emax website or choose items in-store.
- Proceed to checkout once you are ready to complete your purchase.

Provide Gift Card Details:
- Enter your 16-digit gift card number and PIN online, or present them at the cashier in-store.
- Make sure the information is entered or shown correctly for validation.

Apply Balance to Order:
- Once validated, the gift card balance will be deducted from your total amount.
- Complete payment for any remaining balance if needed.
