- Locate a café: Find your nearest Caffè Nero by visiting the Caffè Nero Store Locator or using your preferred map service.
- In-store only: Please note that the Caffè Nero Benefits gift card can only be redeemed in participating physical Caffè Nero cafés and is not valid for online purchases.

Step 2: Present Your Gift Card at Checkout
- Bring the card: Make sure you have the physical gift card with you when you visit the café.
- At checkout: When you're ready to pay for your coffee, snacks, or meals, simply present the Caffè Nero Benefits gift card to the cashier.

- No activation needed: Your card is ready for immediate use and does not require any activation steps.
- Check the balance: If you’d like to know the balance on your card, ask the cashier to check it for you during your visit.

- Payment: The value on your gift card will be applied directly to your in-store purchase.
- Partial payment: If your total exceeds the balance on the gift card, you can pay the difference using another payment method (e.g., debit/credit card, cash).
