Shop Online or Visit a Store:
- Choose your preferred items from the Falconeri Online Store or visit a Falconeri physical location.
- For online purchases, add your items to the cart and continue to checkout.

Proceed to Payment:
- Log in to your account and make sure it uses the same email address linked to your gift card.
- Select Gift Card / e-Gift Card as your payment method during the final checkout stage.

Apply Your Gift Card:
- Enter your gift card number, PIN (if required), and the associated email address.
- Confirm the details to apply the gift card balance to your order.

Redeem In Store:
- Visit a Falconeri store and present the original gift card email on your phone or as a printed copy.
- Provide the PIN code from the email so the cashier can complete the payment.
