Flooded (PC) Steam Key - GLOBAL
Beware the rising water
The rising waters caused by global warming have made only a few areas livable. As part of a small band of survivors, your goal is to gather resources to construct an ark and relocate to a safer location. However, as time passes, the water level increases, reducing the amount of available land and posing a threat to your survival.
Keep up with needs
Utilize a variety of structures to extract valuable resources from the environment. Enhance these structures to increase their production speed, discover ancient relics that can boost your productivity, and advance your technology to maintain high production levels in spite of the limited available space.
Defend yourself
You are not the only one struggling to survive in this dangerous environment. Other groups of survivors have also taken refuge on nearby islands and will attempt to loot your resources. To protect your miners, construct a range of defensive towers and traps.
Every island is unique
When your island eventually submerges, you will have to search for a new location. It is essential to collect adequate resources promptly to construct an ark that will allow you to navigate the uncharted waters. However, be cautious since you will encounter a variety of biomes, each with its own unique traits.
Story about global warming
While global warming is a pressing concern for modern society, it may not be the sole cause of the catastrophic flood that has left you stranded on an island, struggling to survive and seeking to reach the summit of the tallest mountain. Engage in the story mode to uncover the truth behind your predicament.
RTS with roguelike twist
Although Flooded will be story-driven, it will also include rogue-lite elements. Thanks to the procedurally generated islands, each playthrough will be different, while new commanders and relics unlocked with progress will allow you to apply different strategies. Create your own scenario in Quickplay or try the Endless mode, in which the level of water will lower every time you enter a new era, therefore giving you back some land.
