By Calling:
- Call the free KPN service number 1244 from your mobile phone.
- Press 9 to upgrade with a prepaid code.
- Enter your prepaid code and finish by pressing # (Important: Do not select option 8!)
- Your KPN calling credit will be successfully upgraded.

By Texting (SMS):
- Send a text message to 1266 with the following format:
- "[prepaid code] Opwaarderen"
- Make sure to use the Dutch word "Opwaarderen".
- For example, send: "1234567891234567 Opwaarderen".
- Your calling credit will be updated immediately!
