Choose where to redeem:
- Use your Moss gift card either online or at a participating Moss store in the UK.
- The gift card can be used for clothing, tailoring, suit hire, and Moss Box rentals.
- Have your gift card or digital voucher ready before checkout.

Redeem online:
- Add your selected items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- Select the "Got a gift card?" option during the payment step.
- Enter your gift card number and PIN, then apply the balance.

Redeem in-store:
- Visit any Moss store in the UK.
- Present your physical gift card or digital voucher code at the checkout.
- The cashier will apply the available balance to your purchase.

Complete your purchase:
- Review your payment before confirming the transaction.
- Only one gift card can be used per online order.
- Pay any remaining balance using another accepted payment method if necessary.
