Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The Terms and Conditions apply to the relations between Gameseal, accessible at https://gameseal.com/ (hereinafter: Platform) and an online individual participant (hereinafter: Participants).
2. “Giveaway” contest (hereinafter: Contest) is organized by:
   Gameseal FZE, a company incorporated under the laws of UAE under the number: 4203495, acting through the Agent Floweo Digital Limited company registered under the laws of Cyprus under the number 435881 registered office address and place of business: 36 Lordou Vyronos Avenue, NICOSIA TOWER CENTRE, 6th Floor, Office 601, Nicosia, Cyprus, email address: [email protected] (hereinafter: Organizer).
3. The Contest does not require any purchase or payment of any kind to enter or win the Contest.
4. No purchase on the Platform may increase your chance of winning.
5. By entering the Contest, Participants accept and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6. The Contest Page is https://gameseal.com/giveaway/ (hereinafter: Contest Page).
7. The Contest is open to Participants aged eighteen (18) years or older, except employees, agents, contractors, or consultants of the Organizer and their immediate families, the Organizer-associated companies, and anyone else professionally connected with the Contest and Organizer.
8. The Contest is void where prohibited by local law.
9. Organizer on the Contest Page describes The Contest opening time and date (hereinafter: Opening Date) and closing time and date (hereinafter: Closing Date). The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Contest Period” (hereinafter: Contest Period).
10. Organizer is not responsible for entries received after the Contest Period or for entries not received for any other reason.
11. The Organizer describes an “Action” on the Contest Page as the activity or set of activities that must be performed in order to gain an entry into the Contest (hereinafter: Action). Participants must complete the Action found on the Contest Page during the Contest Period in order to enter the Contest.
12. Every additional Action listed on the Contest Page is optional. Each additional Action performed by the Participants during the Contest Period will result in one additional entry into the Contest.
13. Each Participant who completes an obligatory Action as indicated on the Contest Page will have a chance to win a prize.
14. The decision to publicize the number of prizes and the number of winners is at the discretion of the Organizer of the Contest.
15. The method of selection and choice of winners (hereinafter: Winners) is described in detail on the Contest Page for each individual contest. Participants should refer to the Contest Page for specifics regarding the selection process.
16. The Winners will be announced on the Organizer's social media pages.
17. In order to claim their prize, the Winners must respond and provide, if requested by the Organizer, any additional information necessary to facilitate prize delivery or confirm identification within three (3) days of the Organizer's email.
18. If the Organizer does not receive a response to its notification within three (3) days of the date of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement.
19. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
20. Data submitted by Participants will be used only for the purpose of administering the Contest. Your personal data will be stored for a period of no longer than three years. The Organizer is the controller of your personal data within the scope as covered by the Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent, however, does not affect the legality of processing that takes place on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
21. Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Organizer control.
22. Without prejudice to the provision of law applicable in relation to the Participants, the Terms and Conditions and any other documents related to the Contest and services rendered through the Platform are governed by and should be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
