- Choose the gift card option and provide your 16-digit Gift Card Number and 6-digit PIN.
- Apply the gift card balance to your order.

Complete Online Payment:
- Review your order details before confirming the purchase.
- If the order value is higher than the gift card balance, pay the remaining amount using another available payment method.

Redeem Gift Card In Store:
- Visit an official GIVA store and select your jewellery items.
- Show your gift card code to the cashier during checkout.
- Pay any remaining amount using cash or card if required.
