- Visit your preferred Zone Bowling, Timezone, or Kingpin location.
- Choose your activity or place your food order at the counter.

Present Gift Card:
- Provide your physical or eGift card to the guest services attendant.
- The card will be scanned or swiped at the register to apply the balance.

Redeem Online:
- Visit the Zone Bowling or partner booking platform and select your venue and activity.
- Continue to the online checkout payment section.

Apply Gift Card Details:
- Select "Redeem a gift card" and enter your Gift Card Number with the 4-digit PIN.
- Complete the verification check and select "Check card balance" before confirming your booking.
