Access the gift card redemption page:
- Visit the redemption website provided by your Restaurant & Dining Gift Card issuer.
- Enter the gift card code or voucher number received by email or provided on the physical card.

Choose your dining option:
- Select Redeem or Activate to start the redemption process.
- Browse available participating restaurants, cafés, or dining partners and choose your preferred option.

Receive your dining voucher:
- Confirm your selection and complete the redemption process.
- Receive your restaurant voucher or confirmation email with the redemption details.

Use your voucher at the restaurant:
- Present your restaurant voucher, gift card, or QR/code to the staff before payment.
- The value will be applied to your bill. If the total exceeds the available balance, pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method and keep your receipt.
